Pre-heat oven 180C and grease a 12-cup muffin pan. Combine dry ingredients (1 ½ cups self-raising flour, 2 cups savoury filling-such as cheese, ham and/or vegies such as corn, carrots, capsicum, spring onions, salt and pepper, etc..) in a large bowl. Stir in ¼ cup oil, ½ cup water and 4 lightly beaten eggs until just combined. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
